CANCELLATION
POLICIES
We do not plan to cancel this event, and we believe that if you register, you do not plan to cancel. When someone registers, we begin to incur fees due to the commitments we must make to put on a quality event. However, things happen. These are our policies if they do.
Cancellation by registrant
All registrations are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Event Planner
If the event is made impossible by any cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full event registration fee to you, less any fees we were already required to pay to any service provider or facility that cannot be refunded or waived.
Registration Transfers
TRANSFER TO A FUTURE EVENT: If requested prior to the event, we will transfer your registration and payment to a future Hearts of Beauty event within the next 24 months. A transfer fee may apply.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON: Your registration may be transferred to another person ONLY by using the following process 30 or more days before the event:

30 or more days before the event, email southtexashob@gmail.com and request the transfer, giving both your name and the name and email of the person to whom you wish to transfer your registration.

When instructed, you will cancel your registration. No refund will be made.

The transferee will then be given a special code to use at registration. She will enter her own registration using the code, which will result in a zero balance to be paid.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot transfer your registration merely by changing the name on the registration.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: You cannot transfer your registration merely by sending someone in your place if you decide not to come. New attendees cannot be registered on site. If someone arrives who has not registered, this creates extra work for leadership during registration day. All leaders have assigned duties that day, and we have neither the time nor the resources to deal with brand new attendees on site who have not given us their information prior to arrival, and have not received important information we have been communicating to attendees who have registered.
If someone arrives who has not registered following our registration procedures, there will be an additional $100 onsite registration fee.
Thank you for cooperating with these policies. We are all volunteers, and must have these parameters in place.
