CANCELLATION
POLICIES

We do not plan to cancel this event, and we believe that if you register, you do not plan to cancel.  When someone registers, we begin to incur fees due to the commitments we must make to put on a quality event.  However, things happen.  These are our policies if they do.

Cancellation by registrant

We begin to incur expenses as soon as you register.  Because we are a nonprofit, we do not have extra funding to cover these expenses if you decide not to attend.  Cancellation fee policies are as follows:

  • Cancellation 60 or more days prior to the event - full refund less $25 cancellation fee

  • Cancellation 30 to 59 days prior to the event - full refund less $40 cancellation fee

  • Cancellation 15 to 30 days prior to the event - 50% refund, 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation less than 15 days prior to the event - no refunds (we must pay the camp in full by this date)

At any time, your registration may be fully transferred to a future event (see below). 

Refunds are not processed until after the event.  It may take up to 6 weeks or more following the event to receive a refund. 

Cancellation by EVENT PLANNER

If the event is made impossible by any cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full event registration fee to you, less any fees we were already required to pay to any service provider or facility that cannot be refunded or waived.

REGISTRATION TRANSFERS

If requested prior to the event, we will transfer your registration and payment to a future Hearts of Beauty event within the next 24 months.  A transfer fee may apply.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration cannot be transferred to another person.  You cannot transfer your registration merely by changing the name on the registration.  If a name is changed, the registration will be automatically cancelled and refunded, less the applicable cancellation fee, and you will have to register again.  If there is a waiting list at that point, you will be placed at the end of the waiting list.
